Working in a small organisation gives a lot of responsibility. The single persons are responsible for very broad tasks.

Which tasks and responsibilities? I am part of a PR team of 3 people, where we handle budgets, planning, concepts as well as the practical tasks like writing newsletters, maintaining the website and facebook, creating posters, flyers, wine etiquette etc. The best part is, that we can manage our own work in interesting directions and we all feel responsible and have great teamwork.

I like starting new projects and learning new skills. The laser gave me quite a headache as it arrived unassembled - it took a little while.

What am I making? First I am branding all our wooden kitchenware; cutting boards, spoons, butter knives etc. Everything will soon be branded with names and images of different animals, icons and statements. The kids love it, the husband has a lot of patience...
