Since 2011 I have been working for the local society in Usa River.

It started with voluntary work at Usa River Children Center in Tanzania. Since then it has been quite the ride, starting with a complete reorganization. The children center has changed into a community center that benefits the whole local society. Focus is now on families, their health, skills, income etc. The initiatives in Usa River have benefited hundreds of people. Working with NGOs in Tanzania has brought me much experience and joy. I have worked with DANIDA funding and been on project trip to start the project.
My responsibilities are mainly to function as secretary and as part of the PR team. My responsibilities are e.g. fundraising, writing news, securing members, website and Facebook.
